The customer service was great! The process to get a unit sucked as the computer system was terrible. The computer was slow and I had to wait too long. Once again the staff was great and tried to make apologies for the computer system drag.

Very clean units, but they have raised prices again for the third time in two years.  They have not provided any other amnesties to justify an increase in price.
