Staff is always friendly and grounds kept neat. Easy access anytime of the day or night.  Always willing to assist and make it convenient to pay storage fees whether in person or over the phone.  Offer a large selection of units to meet your needs big or small. 5 Star service !!!

Washington Road Self Storage #3 is the best.  They are always courteous and concerned about the customer. Karen and Janelle are the best!  I know they are working on getting an online option for Storage payments. That would be great!
