One of the worst places to go bowling in Reno. The GSR is a nice casino/hotel overall that offers a lot of perks, but I never expected its bowling alley to be atrocious. The lanes are warped and in urgent need of maintenance. A good 40% of the lanes were out of order and there was a considerable waiting queue. The ceilings have water damage, the chairs/seats at the lanes are small and uncomfortable, and the overall place is very subpar. The prices at the snack bar are too high and the quality leaves a lot to be desired. I would highly recommend not going here.

Google really needs to work on weighting reputation scores based on the reviewer’s credentials and other factors such as GPS geofencing, time-stamping, and use of facial recognition to prevent skewing of someone’s reputation. Star ratings on google are becoming useless and extremely biased. Anyone can write anything from anywhere and there is no filter. But since I love bowling so much I just had to give this place a 5-Star review.

Website is off black lite bowling started at 7 not 9 long wait time and extremly over priced.

Had my daughter's birthday here last night. Was able prebook lanes in advance. However it wasn't a special experience for us. Couldn't check in early due to other bowlers in the lane. Lines where long to get shoes or our complantry drinks that came with the package. We ended up just going to the snack bar and buying 3 pitchers because we never received them. The staff looked very short staffed for a weekend. Our lanes were broken for over 20 mins and this was my kids party with all her friends. Finally my husband walked all the way down the lane to in clog where the kids balls where spinning. We had the same amount of people on both lanes one lane finished before the other and we where waiting to see if we were going to do another game. The front desk decided to put other people in one of our lanes when we where still bowling on the other. Remember this is a birthday  party. What the heck. Let me move everyone shoes coats. Bags. Kids all to one lane. This will be the last time we do a party at the gsr bowling

Was here on Christmas Eve and had a horrible experience with an employee named Emilee! She was very rude!! Had a horrible attitude and rolled her eyes at me! Asked to talk to a manager she stalled for about ten mins before going to get her and that lady also had no idea what she is doing either! Will not be back this lady needs to be fired! And I’ll make sure of it.
