I had agreat time here this last weekend.  The service was amazing.  They went above and beyond and for that i have an amazing story to tell.  I was playing heads up hold em and got quad queens.  In the excitement the dealer had forgotten to pay a part of my bonus.  Security or the eye in the sky saw i wasn't payed properly and stopped the hand and made sure i was payed properly.  I appreciate the integrity and honesty....so thank you.

Had a birthday party this last weekend with a bunch a kids. I ordered the pizzas that were included in the birthday package immediately. Kept asking about the pizzas because the little kids were hungry. The staff assured me that they were on the way. Well, about 15 minutes before the party ended and still without pizza, I demanded something. I told the poor kid running the counter that if he didn't give me $40 cash right now, there was gonna be some serious problems. He did give me the money, but I will never have a party there again. Whoever the manager is needs to check this. The kitchen completely dropped the ball on all 13 little kids. They went home hungry.

Just had the best Birthday party experience for my 7 year old boy! Staff was amazing! Pizza came fast considering how many people were there!  Let's not mention the lanes are very well conditioned. Better than any spot in Spokane that I know of.

Have been a league bowler w L.L. since they were in their old bldg . Many years of fun and we have brought our kids and grandkids here as well.

Lost 300$ but still had a good time. The staff has great attitude with a good   sense of humor. Also with two plus joker's on site most times. Try them I think you'll like them
