BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! 
GT Mobile Carwash came out to my place of employment on Monday, 11/14 to detail a coworker's car. While they were there I decided to have mine done as well. I paid nearly $200 for a full detail of my car, including wax, compound wax, seat shampoo, and trunk detail. They washed the car and shampooed the carpets, but did not apply the wax, shampoo the seats, or even TOUCH the trunk. They told me they would come back at 9AM on Tuesday to finish the job. They didn't show up, so at 10:15 I called them and told them I was taking the rest of the day off. They said they'd come to my home that morning. I sat around at home well into the afternoon before I had to run errands. They called me at 3:30 and said they were on their way - I told them they were supposed to come that morning, not late afternoon, and I had things to do. I told them I was fed up with the whole thing after being stood up twice, but was convinced to give them one more chance. They again promised to come out the next day (Wednesday) to my office. They never showed up again. I called the owner, Greg, who tried to blame me because I had told them I was fed up. He told me that, even if he had to come do it himself, they would be out to finish my car the very next day (Thursday), first thing in the morning. Guess WHAT!?!?? That's right, they stood me up a FOURTH time!! Friday afternoon I went to their Watkinsville location to speak to someone. Nobody was there who could do anything about it, so I got the phone numbers for the owner and the sales guy. I've called them both MULTIPLE times and have not heard back. I already paid for this service, and at this point I feel I deserve every penny back.

Edit: After seeing my review, the sales guy called me and was extremely rude and accused me of using "vulgar language" and being unprofessional in my review. He refused any sort of refund, even though the work was not completed, spoke over me and cut me off every time I tried to speak, and at the very end he hung up on me. I will be contacting the BBB about this situation.

They did a great job on my car. It looks new again! There were even a couple of scratches that they were able to drastically reduce with wax.  Also, the staff is very friendly and accommodating! All in all, it was a great service for a great price!

We have been using GT Mobile Car Wash for about 2 years.  They are always accommodating, friendly, and very detail oriented.  We call them on a regular basis to detail our work vehicles and personal vehicles.  Price is right and they are always avialable.
