Warning! This place is a scam! Do not try to pick up a U-Haul here! They do not have trucks despite what the website says and they will say they have your U-Haul there and when you go there there is no one there and it is completely abandoned.  I'm writing a formal complaint to the U-Haul website and company. I'm sending a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and I'm seeing what other legal actions I can take .

These guys are horrible. I call them 4 weeks in advance to rent a truck. They say they will have one ready. I get a confirmation in email. I even call that morning and the imbecile answering the phone says he will call. Doesn't call. I get there and of course, no truck. I drive 4 hours to do a job with this truck which is reserved and these guys are completely clueless. They just blew it off. What a bunch of morons.
