GTC is a good company and University 16 can basically be seen as their flagship movie theater. You can tell the moment you walk in that this theater is setting the standard for GTC cinemas. The open lobby providing a good breath of scope for the visual adventure you're about to partake in along with a tucked away bar for the 21+ crowd. The kiosks near the front entrance reduce the hassle of purchasing a ticket and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Theaters are well kept, bathrooms cleaned, and hallways pristine. I've been over 40 times and I'll keep going until I die.

A lovely modern theatre that properly meets expectations. The staff was polite and competent. I got my ticket, snacks, and receipts in about a minute as I should. While the place certainly looked clean, I noticed as I was walking on the bathroom floor after seeing a movie that my shoes were sticky. Just a small thing. My favorite thing about the theatre is that it shows both mainstream movies and those in limited theatres. I look forward to seeing this at a busier time instead of noon on a Wednesday. Thumbs up.

This theater has the most number of screens and the best sound system among any theater in Athens. Screen size is good. Seats are comfortable. There is no public transport to this place, which is not the theater's fault. Just something to know. What I didn't like, hence the four stars, is they didn't turn off all the lights while the movie is played. I like the theater as dark as possible.

We like going there. The seats are couple friendly, the staff is friendly and most of the young people that we have been on the theaters have been well behaved. We feel safer at this one more so than others close by.

Great setup and the volume of the movies is perfectly balanced. They don't try to cause you to go deaf the way some cinemas do. It is also nice that you don't hear noise from the movies being played in the adjoining theaters. Parking is not an issue and the staff are friendly. It received a four because all but one of the prepaid ticket machines was not functioning properly and the seats were not cleaned as well as they should have been between shows. I was there for the second show of the day and ended up cleaning our seats. Fortunately, it was mostly popcorn and not something sticky.
