Went to go see the premier of Mary and the witches flower and wasn't impressed with the theater at all. None of the staff even attempt to care for their job. When we got into the movie, the screen was showing red dots all over. Every ad had them. The movie started late and when It actually came on, it was the wrong version. Went to go tell the guy at the ticket booth and he said someone would take care of it but didn't actually go tell anyone. No one else was even around. It took them almost 20 minutes into the movie to stop it. Didn't address the audience of the issue or anything. Then proceeded to skip all the intro stuff that was supposed to be added in as a premier showing event. Went straight into the movie. This is the second time I've had to deal with this. Last movie I went to was justice league and the 3d effect wasn't working. Took them almost 20 minutes to fix that as well. The manager woman I asked about it was very passive about it. She didn't even seem to care. No apology about ruining the movie. Will not go back. Will tell everyone to steer clear. I'll go to a theatre hours away before coming back to this one.

Comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Tickets are less expensive than other theaters, but concessions are usually high everywhere. The location is very convenient for Gainesville and its nearby residents. Overall it is a good cinema. I actually attend it quite frequently because it is the closest to me. The movies are current and the place is pleasant.

Nice clean place. Comfortable to watch movies. Only problem I have is there are never enough people at the concession stand. Tonight I actually stood in line for 25 minutes. Woman who appeared to be the manager could have helped but just threw popcorn in the bin and that was it. If there are only 5 people in line you're okay but any more than that and they seem to lose coordination.

Nice old school theater but it has some problems. In every ad there's some green showing and I was about to see The Maze Runner: The Death Cure in theater 15, when Noovie started, the screen wasn't showing! We moved to theater 13 (ish) and the theater was packed. I took some pictures of theater 15 and you can see. But it's a nice theater overall.

Went to see Coco November 24th at 5:00pm. Bought two tickets for 5:00pm. The movie did not start until 5:40 pm, due to around ~15 minutes of advertisements followed by a ~25 minute Disney advert portraying the snowman from Frozen chasing a fruitcake. We were not warned this would happen, and I feel that is the fault of the theater. This went from fun experience to 2.5 hour slog, and my sister and I skipped dinner to keep our schedule.
