This is a progressive institution, meaning it gets better and better. Very youth & first-timer focused. I've been a member for more than 20 years.

I have been with this credit union for many years. The staff is excellent. My only and biggest complaint is the non teller issue. I HATE IT! On the occasion I have to go physically to GTE everyone in line  can hear your business with the computer . It seems the more advanced you get the slower you get. Lines are long and computer teller is slow. Even if you get to it you have to wait for the teller who is helping members at all other locations.

Everytime i come here i am waiting for half an hr or more to do something simple. Ever since they got rid of the tellers for the on screen tellers i have hated it. i am going to switch credit unions if they do not fix this issue.

The fees they charge and their customer service is horrible. Trying to get a hold of someone to fix issues on my account was a headache. Definitely switching credit unions. I HIGHLY don't recommend this credit union. If I could give less then 1 star I would.
