Changed from Good bank to Bad one. Too many problems. Auto Loan being paid from savings Acct but GTE charges late fees & insurance (added themself w/out my approval). Work with TV, No live person. Credit Union worse than a Bank. Bad customer service as no one cares. I would prefer to go to 5/3rd, Regions or PNC if you are not a millionaire. No one returns calls in reasonable time (over 1 week). By the way best Auto Loan rates.

I second the post below. This is my first car loan and I will never recommend gte financial to anyone. Their online website is a joke. I had to Print out an ACH doc just to make a simple change to my auto payment. And it looks like they will fee you to death if you look at your statement the wrong way. Very odd company.

GTE is a very strange bank. You cannot make simple payments toward your car loan with a bank employee but have to talk to an machine (ATM). If you pay online via a credit card, they charge you $5.00 and if you call over the phone with a check they will still charge you $5.00. What bank does that?? Terrible. Cannot wait to pay off this loan (Infinity of Tampa uses GTE for their loans I guess) and never use GTE ever again.

Only one banker on duty when I went in. Not best idea for location but who am I? Staff was great and friendly. I highly recommend you come join.
