Love this park! The stone slides are really fun and fast, their is a great range of adaptive equipment, clean, enclosed (one entrance/exit), safe. They have one of those swings where you only need to push one child, and it will swing and additional swing! Makes it so much easier to hold your coffee and push 2 kids =)

This whole trail used to be beautiful, but now its pretty much always full of trash. I'd recommend staying north of Santa Clara for the most pleasant visit.

Great concert location in Discovery meadow.  convention center parking lot just across footbridge. South end of meadow filled with beautiful shade trees and some fantastic flowering trees with blossoms the color of wisteria which are perfectly matched to the paint on the back of the Children's Discovery museum at the extreme south edge of park.  There is also a dog park here.

Really dry, even the trees don't manage to make it a nice place. Quiet dirty and lots of concret. No playground

A very picturesque place with historical references to local and diverse cultures. Most days I ride my bike through the park going to work and coming back home.
