Summer fun! We just went there after the tech museum and we were pleasantly surprised that the city of SJ has games (giant Jenga, connect 4, bean bag toss, checkers, etc) for the public to use between 11am-2pm M-F. The kids had a fun time playing as well as running through the sprinklers too!

Its nice to see the public play in the fountains across the street  from the snazzy Fairmont Hotel.   Rich. middle and poor enjoying the same space and time.

I actually like this area of Downtown San Jose. It is nice to walk around and enjoy the weather. They use it for all kinds of different things too. The only drawback is the homeless.

Very peaceful and pleasant environment. Good place to visit with your kids and loved ones especially on weekends.
