I have rented several RVs from guaranty and will absolutely continue to rent from them in the future. From initial walk through to return their service just doesn't stop! Rentals are always clean and mechanically sound. I love all the staff but I want to compliment Cheri! I thought she was wonderful the first time I rented. A couple years later I ran into her at a Guaranty RV show and was shocked she remembered my name... not to mention my family and my profession. Cheri now has a customer for life!

I thought this place was gonna do me right. It was touch and go from the beginning. My salesman was very attentive and wanted our sale so he responded to my inquiries very quickly even when he was super busy. He seemed to really care about how we where doing. 

I am very happy that they discovered the rotting roof and replaced the entire thing since it was a 2013 i did not expect to run into that issue so we are super grateful they discovered the problem. My issues started after it was delivered. First off, it was still very dirty when we where promised a detailed cleaning of the unit. Then they gave us the wrong keys for all the storage compartments but the correct keys to lock the front door. So someone can get in through the storage areas but not by the front door. Then, the AC/heating unit was broken and we figured that out while on our first trip out of town. 

I called to try and get some help and talked with a tech in the RV service department and said the entire AC/heating unit sounds like it needed to be replaced it would need to be brought in. Now I would be ok with that but it was delivered to me broken so why should I make the effort and pay A LOT of gas money to take it back down to unction City when I live in Portland? It is not just around the corner. He said he would get with his manager and call me back but was never given a call back. I called back again while on vacation but nothing back. We have been back for a week now and still nothing from the service department. This is very frustrating. Not what I had expected from this place especially since I had come to this place on a recommendation :(

Probably the slowest service ever. Apparently, people who call in orders are more important than the ones sitting in the restaurant. I would not recommend them.

I have had a lunch and a breakfast there now. Even though they do not offer any gluten free items I have been able to find good food on for the right price on their menu. Everyone has been real nice. Its nice to have somewhere near by to get some decent food, do a little work (they have wifi) without breaking the bank.

Unhelpful parts dept. Extremely Limited parts availability. Employees are poorly groomed. Bad location for RV park due to loud train that comes through late at night
