Tierra was fantastic. She made it quick and easy to find, rent, and store my items without any worry or hassle. She even helped me by providing a discount that I was not aware of, or asked about, but the company was offering that would save me a little extra on my rental. The maintenance staff was also great on helping me decide between a climate controlled or non-controlled unit. Overall, a wonderful experience and stress free!

The staff was very friendly. I had a lot of questions and both representatives that I spoke with were very patient. I've never used a storage unit and they took the time to walk me through the entire process, options, etc. These people clearly came to the table with their own exceptional customer service prowess before whatever training Guardian might use. Whoever found them to represent Guardian should be commended for great hires. I'm embarrassed that I can't recall the name of the woman that helped me initially (her name started with a "T," I believe). Anthony was the rep that finished the sale with me and set me up with my unit. It was quick and easy but I didn't feel rushed. I enjoyed having keypad access to move in at a slow pace. They are in an ideal location to serve the area. The facility is spotless. Most of my family's possessions were in that unit for a month and I didn't worry once. If I need a storage unit again, Guardian in Munhall will be my first call. I have no concern recommending a place with all that Guardian has to offer, but most importantly they have the people that make the process enjoyable. That's saying a lot for anything involved with moving.

I have been there many times easy access and it's heated. I think it's one if the better guardian storages around.

I had no problems or issues with guardian. Customer service was fine. Everything was cordial.
