Unscrupulous, disrespectful fakes.  Beware, especially if you're Catholic.

My aunt died in August and a "service" was held at JT Oswald for our very large, Mexican Catholic family.  That event was advertised as a funeral Mass.  It was a sacrilege. During the event, a scruffy man pretended to be a priest and celebrated a fake funeral Mass, doing things like pulling the hosts out of a Ziploc bag.  In Catholicism, funeral Masses can only be held in churches or consecrated chapels. I did some research and found that despite repeated calls from the archdiocese, JT Oswald has persisted to deceive  Catholic families with their sweet talk. It is appallingly disrespectful. They should stop taking advantage of vulnerable poor people with limited education.  The episode was a nightmare, adding insult to injury after our beloved aunt's death.

They have no organazation skills they make you feel terrible.

Nobody likes to deal with death. So if you have a body that you want buried without too many (if at all) inquiries or much (if at all)  due diligence to find the person who is responsible for the deceased then this is the place for you. I wouldn't let them bury my goldfish!

I was hear for services 1/27for my uncle it is very nice property the gentlemen in charge was very nice I don't know what everybody else is complaining about but it is never a good time to bury someone its very sad to loose a loved one

I submit that "Granny for three"'s experience is truly, a "Dead Issue!"  And, so What? The 'Guest of Honor" Did not complain - everything was just fine with them, and you save a few Bucks!  What could be better?  Great Mortuary Joke! In the Midwest cow Country, what do they call the Mortuary in the areas where a lot of milk is Produced?  Answer:  Udder Mc Kinley!
