I buried my mom on 12/30/17 and even though there were problems due to a financial mistake the cemetery made sure my mom was laid to rest in a respectful way. I give it 5 stars mostly for " Lupita" who was there for me and my family at a very difficult time and she was there with us the day of the burial to make sure everything was done right. It was expensive but my mom deserved a beautiful resting place. Thank you again Lupita.

i been with this cemetery/ mortuary for long time now, my 2 sister in law and my parents are buried there. I've always had problems with maintenance, every time i go and visit them everything is dirty dry grass, etc. never the less i have been putting up with it. also the staff members are not welcoming at all only when you are purchasing the space and going for the first time they treat you okay. what topped this whole situation, i recently had a loss and its been a pain to even coordinate everything. i walked in there with my hart broken, and what do they do as soon as i informed them why was i there ..... they responded to me you still have a balance. unfortunately i am so sad and heartbroken and cant seem to remember where my original paperwork was . they charged me everything that i had already paid for. i asked for a print out of my original perches and they were making 101 excuses for them not to print it. staff there has no compaction they don't care about our pain and suffering for our loss and they just want the money. i am requiring services that i have paid for and they still want me to coordinate everything. i am very upset that this place instead of making things easier for me and my family. i hope this review prevents other people from getting a bad experience at this place when you are suffering with a loss.
