Dr. Guerrino has been my dentist for many years and I have always been very satisfied with his excellent work. Over the years, I have had many procedures and he stands by his work. When I had an emergency, he responded immediately. He is available to talk with and very accommodating.

Theresa, his assistant, always makes sure that when you leave his office, you fully understand all follow-up.

Christa, my hygienist, does a most thorough job in the most pleasant way.

I made an appointment with them over a week in advance and gave them insurance info. The day before my appointment, in the evening, the receptionist calls me to say the insurance info is wrong. I called them the following morning the day of my appointment with the correct information. I was told to come in for the appointment. I get there and wait. They then tell me my insurance is not accepted. They tried to sell me their plan. Why would I get a dental plan if I have insurance. Bad business practice to sell someone a dental plan knowing they have insurance. Seems convenient for them they don't accept my insurance when I get there.
 I left. Two weeks later I receive a bill for $100 for a broken appointment fee.

Second visit there for my toddler. First time saw Dr Chan. Nice guy and all very thorough cleaning but doesn’t speak too much. Second visit saw Young woman name Yana and absolutely loved her. She was great! Very Informative and Great bed side manner. Definitely will be going back in 6 months. The only annoying thing with this office is that they are constantly texting your phone about upcoming appointments two weeks prior no matter How many times you confirm, you need to confirm again and again..

My horrible experience with this Dentist started over a year ago when I applied to a job posting. 
I met Dr. Guerrino for an interview at his Scarsdale location and agreed to a working interview at his Mount Vernon location. I sat there for almost an hour before I was aknowledged. When the "manager" finally arrived I asked him normal questions as to what the starting pay was and what/how the benefits worked. I was told that nothing would be discussed with me until I went home and changed. (I have tattoos that were also visable during my interview) I was completely embarassed and decided this clearly was not the place for me. 
Now again this was over a year ago...but I have been receiving phone calls on a regular basis since then to "come in for an interview"...
Let me just add that I am currently an office manager for a private practice in Midtown Manhattan and would never dream of my Dr. or myself speaking to anyone the way he spoke to me on Sunday. 
So Sunday( Mothers Day) I received a call from him again.
He is teling me that he is responding to my resume posted on Indeed... I have not used indeed since my first experience with him. I ask him how old is the ad that was replied to and how long ago did i apply to it?
He yells over me and says "Are you looking for a job or not?!" 
Again i say to this nasty man, Im sorry but why do you have my information from something so long ago. "DO YOU WANT A JOB OR NOT?!" I say um no, I'm sorry. He then yells at me that if i dont want a job dont apply to the ad, then Hangs up on me. 

I called Dr. Guerrino back to let him know how RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL his phone call to me was and that I would be writing this review. I also reminded him that we have met, and that he has not stopped calling me since. 
OBVIOUSLY there has to be some sort of issue with either him, or his practice that he can"t keep his staff? 

I made sure to make this review 5 Stars so that it"s seen. 

I was barely able to get a word in without him screaming over me and telling me "Goodnight ma'am" at 10:30 am.

Was very nervous at first but due to the conversation with Dr.Guerrino about the work that would be done I felt assured and confident also he was recommended highly from my husband
