Sharron or whatever the assistant managers name is rude and super disrespectful. Walked in the store speaking Spanish and bingo we got her attention on who she wanted to follow around the store. We Came in to return a item that was for my husband that never fit him nor did he like. Never had the chance to go to outlets till today. The jeans were in the same bag & held the receipt with the tags still on them. And she decided she didn't wanna give us the return cause she said it had passed the 30 days and couldn't be returned. But the receipt said we still had time to return. She obviously thought we were incapable of reading the receipt. Thinking we only spoke Spanish. To her surprise I replied in perfect English that the date on the receipt said we could still do it. Next she said they smelled she couldn't return them. She said we could exchange them or keep them and look into buying other items. But we were there to just there to return the item and go on out way. When we asked to speak with her manager and he told her to do the return. Mind you the bag had been in car and they were never used and they weren't damage. Just excuses to pick on us. Maybe cause we were two 20 something yr old latinos. Mind you no one else in that store was being followed around the first 5 mins of walking in. When doing the transaction she was still mumbling under her breath that she isn't suppose to do these returns it's considered damaged even after her manager told her to just do it. It was obviously not damage that's why he said to do it. But again we had to call him up to the register again. speaking Spanish explaining to him about how she was being mean and if it's true what she's saying about not being able to return. at this point we feel horrible and embarrassed that someone could treat us like this in front of so many people. My husband told him we could buy something else if we could just get them returned. We didn't want them. There would be no point of having them in the car when we could return them. He said no it ok we can just do a return. I'm so late into my pregnancy and honestly didn't need her bad customer service. He told her again to just do it. But instead she insisted on asking him what we had told him about her as if that would give her another reason she couldn't return the item. he told her to just drop it completely. She was being unprofessional trying to pick argument with us again instead of just doing the return. But again NOOOOOO nothing's simple with Shannon or whatever her name is. During the transaction it was full of her rolling her eyes and mumbling under her breath as if we couldn't see her. after the transaction was finished we were walking away towards the door she started talking about us again loud. To embarrass us one last time. so I returned to the counter and asked for a store owner number or corporate contact info when she told me that she was the assistant manager and wrote a the name down of guy I had just talked too instead of giving me a number. I didn't ask for that information. idc for her title I wanted a simple #. At this point her "better than you" contradicting attitude had me livid. Talked to the same manager again and complained about how she was treating us and basically said he'd talk to her later she's only two weeks new to have a good day. This honestly the worst experiences of my entire life at a store. She saw us completely different from the others and decided she'd single us out based on how we looked. Completely obvious on how she treated us. If we need to fit Shellys or whatever her name is, customer guidelines of who belongs there and who doesn't to shop at a GUESS STORE we don't want to come back.

Hate to give the lowest rating but I can't bump it up even to 2 stars. We were there to use a gift card that was issued by the same store a year or longer ago when I returned some items with no receipt. Long story short the cashiers couldn't figure out how to use the card and had to ask the manager, who was in the back. Without even trying she told them to have us call the customer service and possibly have them reissue the card which I had no idea how much if anything was on it since its been a while and if they have never put money back on it. All while never showing her face up front and being in the back. Why would I call the customer service when I'm in your store and expect you to take care of anything related to your brand??? Anyhow my wife called the number on the back of the card and found out that it indeed had 40-50$ on it still. The manager showed up to the front after the cashier told her that there's money on the card. She took 15-20 seconds to run the card and finish the transaction. Without saying a word she then just tossed the gift card back on the desk and walked away to the back of the store. The guy at the front apologized for the whole time that we were waiting there due to poor customer service(20-25 minutes with almost no other customers present)... Bad manager and terrible customer service.

This store tends to be busy and for the huge amount of clothing Guess has, I feel like they could have it better organized to fit a wider selection.
