Terrible customer service. Tried to return a jacket that my sister didn't like on my credit card (that I originally purchased it from). Sales guy was being very hostile and agitated with my return request. Told me to look around, I said no thanks, just want to return. Then he sassed back and said, "Well you don't know what we have until you look around." I didn't say anything. He finally took the jacket from me and asked where my the tag was. Told him it was on the jacket. He finally found it and didn't apologize. 

Terrible experience. Not going back.

This is the place for any leather jacket but I was impressed with the other light jackets and outer-wear. Good prices and nice staff.
