This was my first experience with Guess Ford and I cannot say enough about the exceptional customer service! Dennis helped find the perfect car for me even though it wasn't what I was originally visiting to see - the car he sold me made more sense for my expectations and needs & I truly couldn't be happier!! I LOVE my 2013 Ford Focus Titanium!! I would certainly recommend Guess Ford for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle - with their Pre-Owned Certified Warranty's they can't be beat! They have gained my loyalty and will purchase from them again in the future. Thank you Dennis & Scott!!!

I purchased a used vehicle with the extended warranty and was told that the warranty would be usable anywhere. I got back to my hometown and within a week of purchasing the vehicle I had a wheel-bearing go bad, and to my surprise 4 of the top garages in my town would not take this warranty(Go figure). I called to explain the situation, and it two weeks for them to decide to just pay me for getting the part fixed on my own, then took almost a month and a half to get the warranty canceled and two months for the refund to come. None of this would have actually happened if it wasn't for my persistence. Now almost all of the way to my THIRD payment, I am going to have to put new ball joints in. They didn't seem to worried about taking care of me because I was from a different state? I do not know, but I do not recommend anyone go to this place. I would not trust the mechanic who looked over my vehicle, I took the truck to a Nissan garage to have it looked over, and came out with a $1,800 bill do to regular maintenance that had not been done, and the Guess Mechanic said it was all good, which it was obviously was not. They do not care about anything but getting your money and getting you out the door. BE CAREFUL!
