Went to have an air bag replaced as recommended by the manufacturer. It was done for free. But they installed a black piece that totally sticks out like a sore thumb among our two toned interior.  We contacted them and they reply ed with. We are not liable for any inconvenience please call this customer service line. Or the BBB.

Love my Honda and the service department staff are always friendly and clear about what your car needs and what it will cost.

Check them out if you are looking for a new ride, even if you want a non Honda. You never know what will get traded in. I found a nice low miles Dodge Grand Caravan for my wife on the used car lot.

We had a great experience at Ohio Valley Honda.  Derrick was a tremendous help to us throughout the years.  I would highly recommend buying or leasing here.

I wish there was an option to give zero Stars. I bought a 2010 Honda certified car. That doesn't mean anything since then in two years I have had my engine rebuilt, a brand new air conditioning system put in, new timing chain put in, complete suspension rebuild, on and on and on. Some covered but some not. But now I've left in tears I will never go back to this Honda ever again save your time save your money drive to another Honda dealership or don't buy a Honda at all.
