Had an online order that came in slightly off. Andrew took care of my problem and had Ben the tech do a set up on the guitar to fix the problem. It was a dream guitar for my son that almost fell apart but the two of the fixed everything promptly. Every visit since the both recognize me and my son and say hi by name and offer any assistance. These two are great and I appreciate all of their help.

This possibly the best Guitar Center in Maryland (in my opinion). I've been too all of them except for the one in Rockville. Knowledgeable and patient guitar techs/salesmen, a vast selection of guitars, basses, amps (the reason I was there), cases and so on! Check it out for yourself!

Places with musical instruments always make me happy, so I originally came in loving the place, especially because it is really clean and has a large variety of musical instruments and other things related to music. However, the employees seem to care more about making money than the customers. I feel like I've been tricked/was trying to be talked into buying more things.

Employees were nice, but took quite some time to get help. Was eventually able to get a great deal on open box headphones.
