I love this store, the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in everthing I asked. They even when out of the way to help me understand how the bongos work. Michael specially was one of the best employees, he manage give me a discount in my purchase. I will definitely come again to this store. The location was a little hard to find in the beginning.

I mean service was like any other store imo, upbeat attitudes, store is clean. However, i went in there buying stuff, expecting that it would be new since they charging full price; this is my false for not wanting to cause a scenes. Bought it, noticed box was opened, and beat up, open it and the item was cover in these harden liquids like... *pray that its not spit*, accessory included was worn out.. i even ask the clerks before hand that if they have any used one they can sell it for discount price...he said there isn't any, so i took his word for it...because i checked their site and app, but used stuff are only sold out of my State. Also, i was in a hurry, but will think of refund now.. i mean for full price i would just ordered off amazon for brand new one. I live an hour away, but ill be back, just for refund, and then never buy there again..

Helpful and friendly staff. Guitars need to be wiped down after being played to avoid grungy strings. That is why I posted 4 stars vs. 5

Been shopping here for years. A lot of things could be improved; the remodel was a downgrade. They cut back on electronic instruments like synths almost forcing you to buy online so I guess sweetwater gets that businessm the biggest asset to this place is Al Stewart. Real class act no pressure sales and will do everything he can to help.
