Nickel and dime scam. Everything is an extra charge and that extra is way out of proportion. Basically a place that fleeces anyone passing through for as much as they can. RV's should avoid... I would give it 0 stars if possible. Money pit scam on travelers. This is not RV park this is a perminate mobile home Park with a couple very tight, hard to fit rv spaces. Spots: Poorley desighned tight spacs are hard to navigate. Back in only and as for utilizes the spaces we ended up with one without water or there is water if your hose is 30ft to reach water on other side.. our drinking water hise isn't. Management is not on site and does not know location other than it is utilized and states issues as they are provided by third party... no help. Laundry is a scam at best where you have to buy their $10 prepaid card that is only filled with $7... which will never line up to cost of machines thus never be fully used and require another 3 fee to refill. Prices on machines also quickly raise comparably to other locations. Free WiFi stated during reservation is not free. Turns out its $5 a day..... If it wasn't so late and other parks were not closed I would pack up and leave this. As it is we are out first thing.

The staff is great, and everyone is friendly. Kid and pet friendly, non aggressive breeds under 25 lbs, and a dog trail. There is a path straight to wal mart walking distance, and the $.75 trolley picks you up across the street. The pool is always warm and clean, and the neighbors are great, and look out for each other.

DO NOT RENT OR BUY!!!!!!!!! These people took $1400 from my wife and I. Told us we could rent for the next couple years only to tell us after 3 weeks that we had to move. We have two children, one is autistic. Now after being gone for two weeks they say they are going to sue us for still living there because we left some lights on to keep out squatters. When we haven't lived there since we where told to repack all of our belongings, find another place to live all within 5 days. There is a young couple who lives in the park that fight everyday, their son came to our home in the middle of the night and popped our autistic daughters birthday balloons we set out the night before. WARNING!!!! This place is a SCAM!!!!!!!!
