Refused us because our VERY clean trailer was 3 years too old. This facility isn't even that nice for them to be doing that. Also took about a year to get ahold of them. May be cheap, but you're better off trying a Walmart parking lot. About the same view, just way cheaper.

quite, county park across the lake with a bridge access, friendly neighbors, several restaurants in a 10 mile area and other shopping stores. manager and workers are respectful and willing to help whenever possible, laundromat on the grounds very clean.
