Fantastic service! Very friendly and they go above and beyond. After patiently discussing the process with me, they came and picked up the rugs, free of charge, and worked with me on all four rugs. Did a fanastic job and my old, dog-stained rugs look brand new. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. Couldn't ask for anything more from them, very professional with the customer in mind through out the whole deal.

From the first call to completion of service, Gulf Coast Rugs' employees were professional and very friendly.  Their primary concern was exceeding my expectations...and that they did!  I highly recommend them for area rug cleaning.
