VERY FLEXIBLE! It was a joy dealing with man over the phone as it was entertaining and educational. I scheduled my carpet cleaned  with Cookes last week and I had a wonderful experience. The quality of the work is superb and it didn't drag out time wise  which is what I needed. Thanks Cookes!

He advertises $89.95 whole house with no further limitations then says that's for less than approx 1400 sq ft. The area I needed done was less than 600 sq ft so he agreed to do it. The morning I was scheduled he called to tell be it would be more because he charges by the square footage of your house not the area cleaned. Rip off. Go elsewhere.

Wanted to charge me double the cost advertised only because my house was over a certain square footage, even though I only needed three rooms cleaned!  Look elsewhere if you want to avoid high prices.
