I spent the week of Christmas there and while the room was not new, the room was clean and quaint. Also there was a brand new TV and Temper Pedic mattress! The stay was clean and comfortable. The staff to include the owner was there to check us in at 8 p.m. on Christmas eve and was very kind and accommodating. I had an amazing Christmas this year in large part due to my comfortable stay at Gulf Shores. AND we returned just 2 weeks ago as proof of how much we enjoyed our time there! This visit was AMAZING! It was a softly redecorated room updated and modern AND another brand new bed ! The cost was ridiculously awesome! Anyway Staff was awesome and the room hit a 5 out of 5. I'm planning to send my son and his family there in February as a gift. I"m a lifelong fan. Well as long as the current owner is there.

Great hotel, amazing service, some things may break out on you but its a great place.

I have stayed here twice. Absolutely love the remodeling that they have done. Implacable taste with the decor. It's perfect,clean and have access to both the gulf and bay. Sarah in the office is wonderful to work with and so helpful.
