I really  enjoy working with Jim and the others at Gulf Eagle.  He has always remembered my name when I come in, where other places you usually wait until you hear the words " next ".  Their prices are also competitive on most items. 
My latest experience was over the top.  I had ordered the material  for an 85 sq steep home, over a month ago.  Then we  had rain in the forcast every week and I couldn't  get started until this week.  My crew finally  went out Monday and began removing the old roof, when the homeowner told me that he wanted another class 4 material instead.  While removing the roof, and then putting down the new paper, Jim had made the swap, and we never skipped a beat.  They really take care of you here, & I will be useing this supply house exclusively from now on. I had other issues that were handled with that personal touch as well, and I dont think that I would have been so well taken care of at a place that calls me    " next ".
