Are you looking for a trustworthy, reliable, knowledgeable and customer service oriented roofing specialist? Look no further!

With the recent hail storms we had some damage to our roof. We drove around the neighborhood and saw a sign for Priority. We called them because we noticed they finished a large home in a day. Then we saw them complete another home near us in a day. My husband stopped at one of the jobs to ask about services. He was told they would have a salesman out to see us. Within an hour Aaron was at our house! We did not expect that on a Saturday. 

Aaron looked at our roof and told us there was some hail damage. He said it was significant. We told him about our past experience with our home insurance and he said he would help guide us through the maze. Now I have to say these people are amazing. I gush.

Aaron made sure to be at our house to speak to the adjuster during the appointment. He had come to our house the day before to mark out the damaged area on the roof. He was with the adjuster the entire time. In fact he was early to the appointment! The adjuster approved a new roof! 

Now the shingle selection was left to my husband. I just chose the color.

Priority came to our house on Wednesday to drop off materials. On Thursday at 7:30 am they started working. We had some soft areas of decking which they replaced. They installed the new roof by the evening. They would've finished sooner had we not had decking issues. The noise was limited too. I work from home so that was a huge plus. They cleaned up all their mess and left quietly. 

Marissa the project manager came by several times to make sure the job was going as planned. She was super nice and informative.

Aaron and Marissa came by together during the replacement. We discovered some damage to the ceiling from the most recent rains. Aaron called the adjuster to help us get that resolved. 

Now, I rarely award 5 stars and felt this company is OUTSTANDING and earned every single star. If you need a great roofing company with people who know their business look no further!

I do real estate investing and I own rental property and I am very pleased with Priority Contracting and Roofing. They have done an exceptional job on every project I have given them. They have replaced several roofs on my properties. Their crews are very professional and go above and beyond in trying to meet the the time schedules and the particular job requirements. They do a great job in not damaging shrubs and flower beds and leave the area looking spotless. As a real estate investor I also put a high priority on the price paid for the quality of the work done. I have been very pleased with the agreed pricing we have settled on. I would definitely give them a 5 star rating.

The contractor I delt with is very smart/attentive and answers any questions you have. Very efficient/knowledgeable/hard working. I would absolutely recommend priority contracting to anyone. Thanks for being my priority! Job well done!
