Fritz does a great job!

Mr Gunther was hired to inspect my home before closing.  He missed that the floor was rotted, even though it was visible and accessible at time of inspection. Had he documented this, I would have received concessions at closing. To make repairs has caused a hardship for me, and Mr Gunther has made no reasonable offer in this matter.  I am pursuing this in small claims court.
