I've used Gunthers for servicing my air conditioner for many years.  The unit is ancient, by today's standards, but they never have any trouble servicing the unit.  Surprisingly, some of the techs are very conversant about the AC unit and the quirks/foibles of the condenser, etc.  They know their stuff.

Edit:  I decided to replace my aging furnace and air conditioner.  I called Gunther's and Jamie Schumacher came to my home to discuss the options.  His "sales pitch" was really just a chalk talk about furnaces and air conditioners to help educate me about why I might want certain features and not want others.  I wasn't in a position to buy right away and he was fine with that.  No pressure.  He sent me a quote for the models we discussed and left the choice to me.  I called him 2 months later and we scheduled the install.  The installers were very professional and they answered all of my questions as the proceeded with the install.  They were also careful to review everything they did and ensured that I was comfortable using the new, more advanced thermostat.  I would recommend Gunther's to anyone.  Good product and good service.

They were able to come within hours of me calling them. They came quickly and were very thorough, and he explained what he was doing (sorry I can't remember his name)

Nathan Fox is awesome.  He came to fix our furnace and could tell what needed to be looked at.  He was able to fix it and get it working in about ten minutes.  Nathan was also able to show me how to remove my fireplace glass so I can clean it.  I have been trying to figure that out for months.  He is great and we appreciate all that he did.

I appreciated this service. First the company called with a cancellation and got our service done early. The technician, Nathan,was friendly and thorough. He listened to our concerns with our furnace and what has been going on. He looked at many parts of our furnace to diagnose the problem. He found some prior issues we weren’t aware of. I also appreciate that he explained things to me as he was going through. I am now much more knowledgeable about what is going on. He found our capacitor was running low and had one on hand to replace right away. I am very hopeful now that our furnace will run better than ever before.

Nathan was so very kind and helpful to get my furnace up and running again.  He was knowledgable and very helpful to me to understand what the problem was and how he would fix it.  It was fixed expertly and he spent time making sure the filters were clean on both of my heating units.  What a blessing to have such a friendly and informative serviceman.  Thank you Gunther's for employing such an outstanding person to represent your company.
