Budget plumbing is the best in the state of Utah. They truly take pride in there work. I had them run all my plumbing for my basement and was super pleased on how well it turned out . Mike is a miracle worker and can fix anything out there. They did such an amazing job I wanted to recognize what an amazing crew this company has . It's simple if something is not right he will make it right that's the kind of business that I want to go with.

My family and I have been using this company for quite a few years. Unfortunately after today, we won't use them ever again. My mom went to pay a $7,000 bill. They were so rude, lied to her, and were just plain awful to her. I will happily spend more money to work with a company that can treat their customers civilly.

I called because my air conditioner wasn't working and they not only fixed it but looked and how much work my yard needed and made my entire yard look wonderful!!! They can do it all!!!

Strike 3 you're out. I called these guys and they said they would come out on Wednesday between 2-6. At about 5:00 they called and said they couldn't make it today, that they had a big emergency - translation, you're not a big enough job for us. Fine. I get that emergencies happen. They rescheduled me for the next day and two guys showed up. I have a tankless water heater and it turns out neither guy was qualified to work on a tankless water heater. I know that's not their fault, but maybe the person scheduling should ask some qualifing questions before sending someone blind into a job. So they rescheduled me for the next day, again between 2:00 and 6:00. I leave work early to be home by 2:00. 6:00 rolls around so I call them. Without even asking who I was she said the plumber would be there later tonight and asked if that was still ok if he came. I told her maybe if they had called me a few hours ago and said he would be late then I could have gotten all the other stuff done then that I was planning on doing later that night. They had quoted me $2000 for the job they were going to do (service my tankless water heater and install a water softener I was going to buy from them) maybe business is so good for them that they are turning down $2k jobs... It's now Friday night which means that if I call a Plummer on the weekend I pay for "emergency hours" so now I'm stuck with my issue until at the earliest Monday when I can call another plumming company. As a customer you want to feel at least respected by the person you are hiring and felt anything but that. They didn't even have the decency to call me and say couldn't make it again. I get that they were probably embarrassed that they had to reschedule me for the second time but not even calling made it 100 times worse. My advice is unless you think it's going to be more than a $2000 job don't bother calling these guys cuz they won't show up.

They respond quickly, but are extremely overpriced. We just need a faucet put in and an opinion about some plumbing under a sink, and they told me $325 for about an hour of work. I told them they were overpriced. The next day I had it put in for $150.
