I don't know where the begin. MANAGEMENT SUCKS.
Front desk personnel very friendly. Assistant Manger comes across as nice BUT at the end makes your concerns feel insignificant.
I don't live in coral gables, nor I drive a Land- rover, nor I have $40,000 Rolex watches at home, BUT i treasure what I have, and try to save as much as I can. 
They have 2 offices. 
Please note am not complaining about STATE FARM, am complaining and giving you heads up about the MANAGEMENT (manager) from this State farm agency.
Planning on transferring to another one.
I don't write reviews , but I need the Community to now  how I feel about the Management in this location. Hope you find it helpful.
