I have had my rental property insured through this office for 11 years. Last year citizens sold our policy to Mount Beacon, as usually when the renewal came around they did not renew (this is typical as it is a modular home). However , what was different this year is that "My Agent" didn't take the time to even reach out to me not by mail or by phone. Now I get a call from my mortgage company letting me know my insurance has expired. Thanks a lot for taking the time to attend to your customers. Now I lost any kind of renewal discount I would of received. Very disappointed after being a customer for more than 11 years. In addition I had to call twice and wait all day for a call back. Terrible customer service.

I have been dealing with Ms. Cabrera's agency for many, many years, and have ALWAYS found all the staff to be extremely courteous, helpful, and efficient.  They have truly earned my continued business!

I found the agents to be very rude and unhelpful! Only issue I have had with an insurance company in 28 years of having insurance. Amazing the attitude.
