Well I've been consistently going to them for 4 years plus... Never had any issues with them until now. In a nutshell I brought them lots of business consistently whether it be my own truck getting all four new tires and rims mounted and balanced...or five other trucks doing the same thing from a truck Club.  I am a mechanic and I constantly fix people's vehicles when they need a tire I personally take it to them and get a tire I've had people follow me on I-4 to them to get them a tire changed... Saturday I went in to get a used tire and they brought me out a damaged Tire with a chunk missing out of it and wanted $45 when 3 weeks prior I bought a used tire and it cost 40 but it was not damaged... So I told them that that's not right but I would buy the tire if they would just put my front tire and rim to my rear and put the tire on my rear rim back on the front... Would not do it! If you call their line it says they Pride their self on customer service and they treat their customers like family. I definitely did not feel like family or an important customer even though I bring them all kinds of business. So I called to try to talk to the owner I was told to hold after 20 minutes the call ended so I called back then I was told by the guy I have three people here I'm trying to work on can I help you cuz I have to go I told them I was waiting to talk to the owner the guy told me he's not going to come talk to you cuz he doesn't care. That is not customer service or treating a repeat customer like he's valued. I felt like a random Joe Schmo that just went in there for the first time.

These guys are awesome always bring all ny tire work here rarely ever a wait and if there is its not a long wait. Great prices great service. Keep up the good work guys!

Orlando was amazingly helpful. Had a dented rim needing swap to another room and was out in 15 minutes.

They popped on two tires and balanced them for me in 20 minutes. Gave me a decent price and I was thoroughly satisfied. Would recommend.
