The YMCA in Guthrie, Oklahoma is never open when I have time to go. Every time I come, they are closed for some reason, and have neglected to post that fact anywhere. I am here, school is cancelled for me, and for no reason other than a miniscule amount of freezing and rain, the YMCA is not open. I was coming here to get a membership, and now instead me and my uncle who had to come all the way down here just to see that they were closed, are going to cancel his membership. This is ridiculous. I could have been happy with them simply just posting that they were closed but they didn't.

Why is it when I come to this YMCA that it's close half the time even when it says it's open. Why am I paying for a member ship when I can't use it on the account of the God d#$& gym always being close!

Crowded,old very small missing some essential equipment (glut and high-weight lat ive waited YEARS for) but very nice staff and machines they do have. And for a small town, not bad at all.    So, they finally DOUBLE the size of the place but....you guessed it....KIDZONE ONLY, even though adults pay the bills. The ENTIRE full-sized top floor is KIDS ONLY...ABOUT 1200 SQUARE FEET ABOUT 5 ROOMS,  BIG FLAT SCREENS, LEATHER COUCHES, GAME TABLES.....AND I HELPED PAY FOR IT BUT NOOOOOO PAYING MEMBERS DONT GET TO VISIT!!!! WHAT THE HELL????   I wish one of my kids wanted to use it so i could get my moneys worth on a $55 per month family pass i pay, but without me they are not interested in going up there.   Covell ymca has 26 lap lanes that....again....paying adults cant use till 9:00pm?   WHAT THE HELL???  EVERY FREAKING LANE FOR KIDS ONLY.   RENAME YOUR FACILITIES. "KISDZONE" PLEASE SINCE NO ONE CARES ABOUT THE MEMBERS THAT ACTUALLY PAY FOR IT ALL.!!!!

Great customer service, clean equpement, and the staff is great with my kids. Thumbs up!!!
