After coming here few times just to see if I like it I finally got the membership and that was best decision ever!!! I'm a swimmer, and you can not get a good deal like this anywhere in the city! Plus the hot tubs, saunas and tanning beds are such a great benefit! The gym is very well equipped, variety of classes in the morning AND afternoon  (yes - after 5pm!!!), and fantastic staff !!!! So friendly and knowledgeable!!! Can't believe i haven't heard about this place before!

My wife was a member for close to six years and recently tried to quit because I am in the military and we moved.  The gym has refused to stop billing her. She has asked in person, over the phone and by mail.  This terrible company wouldn't accept over the phone or in person and claims to have never received our letter.  It has been three months and these criminals continue to bill her. DO NOT USE THIS GYM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!

One of the best gyms in OKC! Huge amount of free weights, barbells, four flat bench stations, deadlift platform, machines, ropes, etc. Good pool, hot tubs, decent locker rooms!

Lots of heavy stuff to pick up and put back down. Friendly staff, 24 hour pool. Best gym in town.

This is one of those rare great weightlifting gyms. If you lift weights and Planet Fitness doesn't have what you want...go here. It's a dream gym for serious weight lifters. Is the equipment brand new...no, does it all match...no, is some of it beat up...yep, aesthetics...eh. If that bothers you, then my opinion is your priorities are not around fitness. I have been lifting for almost 20 years, I am not a power lifter or a bodybuilder, I just enjoy it. This gym has beyond everything a lifter could need. I stopped in while passing through OKC and am glad I did. For those of you who are local here, enjoy it, you can't find many like this.
