On March 13, 2018, Randy Stewart had 2 crews with him to replace our steep roof.  The workers on the roof used ropes to maintain their safety.  They draped the sides of the house with tarps to catch any nails, old roof shingles, etc to keep the area clean and neat.   After they completed the roof,  the workers used ran a magnet over the yard several times to find any loose nails.  They hauled the trash off themselves.  The workers were polite.   The new roof looks wonderful and the crews finished it all in one day!!  My husband and I are very satisfied with our new roof!!

Had great a great experience from beginning to end! Office staff was very easy to work with and communicated well. The employees were very fast and efficient. They showed up ready to work and didn't stop until they finished. My quality control rep Justin Ponder was outstanding! He was very helpful with explaining the products and the Installation process! He was very detailed oriented when he came to  QC the work. I would recommend Guy Roofing to all of my family and friends!

The crew showed up at 6:30am. They worked hard all day until they finished. They were very professional and considerate of our property. They made sure everything was covered and protected. It was getting dark when they finished so 2 men returned the next morning to make sure everything was cleaned up very well. The Quality Control representative Justin Ponder was very helpful and thorough. He came multiple times during the install to make sure everything was being installed to his standards which seemed very high. He also returned the next morning to check to make sure everything was done properly and cleaned up. We had a great experience with a very smooth process! Highly recommend Guy Roofing!

100% satisfied with process from initial assessment to completion of job. Everyone was very professional in all aspects of the repair. Clear and complete with how things would go and followed it from start to finish. Would easily recommend to anyone with a roofing need. Thanks to Randy and his whole crew for a job well done.

My overall experience was good. However, I Was told my roof was going to be put on within two weeks of signing my contract. Five weeks later we finally had a date and were getting a new roof installed. The field workers were very professional and did a great job. My only issue was with scheduling.
