So,I wanted to send my family some delectable treats for Valentine's day. But,the cost of choosing online retailers can get pricey. I checked with HEB bakery to see if,it would cost less. I was greeted with kindness and a smile from Crystal. She gave me great customer service and was extremely helpful on giving me options of treats to choose from. I decided to go with tulip cups and chocolate dipped strawberries. She made them fresh for me as I had plans to ship first thing Monday morning. This way treats arrived as fresh as possible. Oh yes,treats are shipping to Michigan. This will be a wonderful surprise for them...getting Texas fresh fruit. Thank you Crystal for going out of your way to make these treats special for my family. I love the prices of this grocery store, they beat kroger in that aspect. Their berries dont always seem to be the best, whole foods has got my vote there. Their skirt steak is terrific compared to anywhere else and two of the people working in the meet department are absolutely really cool people (Jess and Daniel) I chat with them everyone i get a chance. The parking could be better, i hate how they took up a bunch of front row spaces for curbside pick up but i guess it works for some (i prefer to pick out my own groceries especially fruit/vegetables and other perishable items) the check out lines always seem ti go fairly quick

This HEB it was my first time visiting. But left me and my son with a good impression. Everything i had in my shopping  list we fund with no problem and the costumer services it was friendly. The cashier she was so nice. She reminded us about the free item's that i didnt have in my basket and directed me were to go to get them. Thank you Hailey H 429013 1-31-18.

A plus.  Love this store.  Great managers and staff.  Wonderfully low prices.  Have tried all other stores and you can't pay me enough to stay away from MY HEB

I LOVE this store! If it could only be as cheap as Walmart, I would go there every single week. It is so clean and I am in awe of all the free samples you can get there every single day! Very nice staff too.
