DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE YOUR DEBIT/CREDIT CARD AT THE PUMP!!! NOT ONLY DID THEY DECLINE A PURCHASE WITH THE CARD OFFERED, THEY HELD $55 OF THE CARD BALANCE IN EXCESS OF 72 HOURS. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND NEITHER THE MANAGER AT SPEEDY STOP NOR THE BANK ISSUING THE CARD OFFERED ANY EXPLANATION NOR RESOLUTION!! Used to stop here EVERY time I visited Houston. Never Again! Lousy customer service and "blame game" with regard to why my money was not returned to my card balance!
