Good produce and snack selection. I wish I could compliment the speed of the checkout lines but there's always two problems: 1) during the day, it's usually busy and plenty of people and lines are available. However, at night, they for some reason reduce the amount of lines to two or so. You'd expect to be checked faster at night, but because of this minimalization, it takes longer. 2) there is an employee, can't recall his name, but he blabbers on and on and on. About very random historical facts. I was trying to leave and simply couldn't due to this guy. It almost makes me not want to come back.

Customer Service Extravaganza! I went near 5 o'clock and was amazed at how they had a ton of staff on duty to expedite things. I was greeted and assisted by employees in each and every department I passed through. They stopped to actually walk over and find products for you. In fact, a manager passed by and saw me standing alone and inquired if the nearby employees offered help. The store is spacious, clean, and well-stocked. High end experience at HEB prices!

I love HEB.I am old and all the people are so helpful and kind. The only problem I have is about vendors. They frequently block the aisles as well as the shelves and are sometimes oblivious to the inconvenience they are causing the shoppeŕs. I find all the employees to be polite and alert to our needs. I always shop HEB for good prices and dependable products. Keep up the good work!

HEB has the best Salmon Burgers and Chardonnay Wine around! I drive past other stores to get them for my family. EXCELLENT!
