Shame on you kroger! I watched a very nice and kind young man's demeanor diminish over the last few months he's worked there. I asked him today "what's happened you seem like you're a down mood?" He said, "all they care about is how quick I get people through line and they don't care about any customer service or how we treat our customers" . So, I rang the bell to show how appreciative  I was of good service today and not one person said anything, and when I say I rang the bell, I rang the bell 10 times! Not 1 other associate or manager acknowledged  the bell ringing. Every other store I go to,  when you ring that bell, everyone hoops and hollers and praises the individual that got a good ding. 
The manager of this store needs to really rethink how you're running your employees and customer service and how you're ruining your people. Shame, shame, shame.  I looked around and noticed a similar mood in every line.  
I will do my best to help this young man, that I only know through the Kroger shopping line, find a job job that appreciates his good works and will let every one I know to appreciate the employees there, since management does not, or shop elsewhere.

Store is clean and employees are friendly.  However, I do not understand why all of the front parking spots are taken by the customers ordering groceries online.  All customers not ordering online have to park all the way to 528 sometimes.  But, the customers who don't even get out of their cars have front row.  Please tell me where this makes sense!  I was told that was a corporate decision.  I think corporate also needs to pay attention to the customers coming into their stores.  Who hasn't gone to the store & bought more than what was intended???!!!  Online, there is no extra resale!  I've shopped with this store for 29 years.  Poor corporate decision!

Great place to shop. Friendly and helpful employees. Really good special meat prices. Oh and don't forget about gas points.

This is definitely one of the best Kroger stores I've been in. Very clean and organized. I wish ones in my hometown were this nice.

This Kroger has their act together customer service is great unlike the new one on League City Parkway who's customer service manager does not care about you unless you are Spanish. The Kroger on 528 hands down is the best in this area. Everyone there is polite and seem to enjoy thier job WELL DONE MANAGERS OF THE KROGER ON 528!!!
