I went in for a toolbox as a gift for my boyfriend. Before I mention my experience, I know absolutely nothing about trucks or toolboxes. The employee helping me was extremely helpful and educated me on the various toolbox options that they carry. Finally, I picked the Camlocker. I was very pleased with my experience AND he loved the gift! I will definitely be coming back!

Needed to get a bed cover with short notice, but the one I wanted was out of stock. The manager was able to quickly order it, and even covered the expedited shipping charges. I wanted to know how the bed cover was installed so I could remove it as needed, so the shop manager let me watch him install it that day. Couldn't be happier with the service or my purchase. I will be back soon.

DO NOT EVER take your vehicle to H&H Home & Truck Accessory Center (Dolomite, AL) for any install. One of their “professionals” installed an electric brake controller on my mother-in-law's Jeep: poorly routed wires hang low and are wrapped around the suspension, horribly crimped connectors have copper wire exposed that could cause a short, and wires are draped over the engine. If this electric brake system failed while towing, my mother-in-law and others could have been injured or killed.    --- Here's the story. Unbeknownst to my husband, my mother-in-law decided to buy a 4,500+-lb. camper. The company she purchased it from said her Jeep needed trailer brakes and a tow hitch installed. She then calls H&H in Hueytown, and they confirm her Jeep (a 2000 Laredo 4.0-liter inline-6 engine) is OK to tow 4,500+ lbs. and proceed to install a tow hitch and brake controller. Once she showed my husband what had been done, he called and spoke to Brandon Stone at H&H about how this vehicle was not rated to pull a 4,500+-lb. camper and this should have never been installed. After confirming several times with him the vehicle make and model with engine size, Brandon and also Cole tried to convince him on the phone and via e-mail that her Jeep should have no problem pulling 4,500+lbs. We know from experience pulling our own boats, and my husband also consulted with a few other companies, and all confirmed that this Jeep is not rated to pull 4,500+ lbs. He asked for a full refund from Brandon, as this should have never been installed and the install job was a disaster waiting to happen. Brandon told him that he would contact corporate and ask if they would refund it. After a week my husband called him back to check on the status. Brandon would not issue any refunds; he only offered to rewire the system. I would not trust this company to install anything, and their lack of knowledge could result in someone getting hurt.
