One of the best, from start to finish, car buying place of all.  From texting me to communicate, no hassle, no pressure and it was like talking with friends.  Teamwork at City Auto was great, if one had to step away, another took care of us.  Very fast process and fair pricing.

I've purchased many vehicles from this dealership and have always been pleased with my service. I felt like the salesmen went out of their way to take care of me and make sure I was satisfied with every step of my buying process. I know the dealership is now under new management and the current manager always followed up on my purchases just to make sure there wasn't any issues in communication or otherwise. This will definitely be my dealership when I upgrade again.

WOW, What an awesome car buying experience !  
City Auto Sales of Hueytown impressed me with the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had !  
I previously had sold my car, and was looking for "The Right Car".  I spent a lot of time on the on-line auto sites, and I found "The One" at City Auto of Hueytown.  I called and talked with Donnie on the phone.  He was very helpful, I explained that I was looking for a really clean car, he assured me the car I was interested in was very nice, and he felt I would not be disappointed.  He provided a clean carfax report, that showed the car only had two owners, and lots of service records, nothing bad .  I told him I would make the trip from Atlanta to look at the car.  I rented a car, and drove from Atlanta (2.5 hour drive). When I arrived, the car was freshly washed, Donnie had it parked out front where I could look it over good.  We took it for a test drive, and when we returned, I looked at every nook and crannie.on this car.  The car was very nice. ( I have 20+ years experience writing Auto Body Repair estimates, I know what I am looking at)
Donnie, Ken the owner and myself worked out a great deal.  EVERYONE there was VERY SINCERE, and HELPFUL !.  They went way above and beyond to make this work for me, I got a great car at a great price !  I am not easy to sell a car to, ( I have looked at many recently), but I am sure I made the right choice !  I love my car and the awesome experience I had at City Auto Sales of Hueytown !

Seems great at first then the truck starts to fall apart after a week, said they would try to help me get it right. Replaced a bunch of stuff without notifying me what was wrong or what they were doing. Told me it was ready I show they give me a big bill, truck still has the same old problem plus a new one from either the old used defective parts they installed or bad mechanics. Will never consider business with this place again. Management  Keith was disrespectful to me and his employees was told they would fix my truck no matter what it cost if I paid 400 bucks. I agreed asked him to put it in writing or I would pay it when I had a running truck, and was told to get out of his dealership if I didn't trust him. So I did. By far worst experience of my life purchasing anything ever! Astonished they are in business. Hope this helps someone from making the same mistakes. 15000 bucks all I wanted was a truck that ran right or refund. As of right now I'm stuck with a 15k yard ornament but I'll keep good faith and get it worked out eventually.

Pleasure to do business with! I was upside down in my wife's previous SUV. They upgraded us to a larger, lower mileage SUV and lowered our payment.... My experience was first class!
