I have to agree with Tommy Tidwell and Ryan Wynn – this is the most unprofessional establishment I have ever dealt with. I received a notice this year that Greg had improperly filed my taxes for 2012 and I owed the government $27,000. I contacted Greg, who stated he would file an amendment. In the meantime, I contacted the IRS and through dozens of phone calls, I was able to get an IRS agent to amend my return and reduce the amount owed to $1600. Greg said he would file another amendment, and with this understanding, I contacted the IRS to receive an extension to have the amendment filed and reviewed. The latest extension was to expire December 15th of last year. The week prior I contacted Greg and let him know that on the 15th the IRS would begin garnishing my wages. He responded by stating “I will have to contact someone to find out how to fix this”. I never heard from Greg again. On the 15th of December I paid the remaining balance in order to avoid the garnishment. If you are unsure of how to file your taxes, or if you are in a situation where you have tax exemptions you are unsure how to handle, find yourself a competent accountant who will actually care about making sure that your taxes are done correctly. You also want to find one that will take responsibility for any mistakes and take care of correcting those mistakes themselves. This is not one of those places. I dealt with the owner personally, and even after I told him the IRS was taking me to collections to garnish my wages, he didn’t care. You would be better off going to H&R block than this place.

We love Greg! We've used him the past three years, and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. He's quick, thorough, keeps timely appointments, and has fair prices. He'll look for different credits and things to try to get you the most money, and he has always been able to answer our questions. When we have to bring our kids, he gives them pen and paper to draw and doesn't get annoyed when they make noise. The fact that he always remembers us and our family is just an added bonus. Great folks!

We were referred to Greg by church friends. We hadn't filed in 2 years because other companies had said we'd owe a little or break even for those years. We filed for all 3 years this year and Greg got us back WAY more than anticipated for those years we hadn't filed before!! He answered all of our questions in detail and made taxes a much smaller pain in the rear than usual. He is very friendly and "real", which is refreshing in the business world these days. We are tremendously satisfied and will most definitely be back next year! Thanks, Greg!!

I have been using H&H tax and accounting for 3 years now. I would never consider going anywhere to have my taxes done. I have and will continue recommending ppl to use there services. Thanks for a job well done. The friendliness of the staff is excellent. And all my questions are answered in a timely manner. Great job guys!!

This is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL place I have delt with. A month after having my taxes filed at H&H I got a call from the Georgia fraud department stating my state taxes were grossly incorrect. After review they were indeed off by a refund amount of over 3000 dollars. I contacted the office and an amended return was supposedly filed. A few months went by with no refund so I contacted the state and they showed no record of an amended return so I once again contacted the office. Once again an amended return was supposedly filed but this time by certified mail. Fast forward three months and still no refund so I again contact the state and once again informed that they have no record of an amended return and the lady I spoke with said they don't accept certified mail, that all returns go to a P.O. Box. So at this point, around mid July, I attempt to contact the office of H&H tax. It is now October 26th and after countless voice-mail with no return calls I had my amended return prepared by a well recognized tax preparation company. Due to the large mistake, not only is my state refund considerably less, the mistake was so large and being i had filed itemized I now owe the federal government over 1500 dollars for an over refund. As I write this, I just happen to get a return call from Greg who claims he hasn't had any missed calls or voice mails from me over the past four months. He stated he didn't receive my nasty voice mail this morning but instead was only returning missed calls. Missing a voice mail or two I an understand but countless voice-mail, sometimes multiple in one day, over the course of 4 months... I'm not buying that!
