I am the new owner to Liberty Tax Service 920 Joe Frank Harris Pkwy Cartersville GA 30120 I have an amazing stuff and my preparers are trained throughly come check us out and ask us how you get $50 !

The person that did my return claimed to be the owner of the store, a mister Alex Davis. He claimed I owed over $3,000 on my return, which I knew wasn't true. I took my W-2 to my mother, who used TurboTax online and got me a return of $2,900. If the owner of the store doesn't even know what he's doing, I can't imagine how terrible the staff must be. 0/10 - Great customer service, but terrible results.
