Used H-Jacks twice in the past two years at two different locations. I was given upfront pricing both times. No surprises. Every step was explained and why it was all needed. Top quality work was done in a timely fashion. I will keep their number handy next time I need any work.

The guys from H-Jack's were amazing!  They were so friendly and helpful.  Other plumbers came out to look for a water leak that I was having and they couldn't find where the leak was coming from and one of the technicians from H-Jack's found it within minutes.  They made the necessary repairs and were amazing.  Their  office even called to see how their service was and to make sure that I was happy.  GREAT JOB H-JACK'S!!

I had the worse first experience with this company's employees.  I had 4  different employees on my case.  First one miss diagnosed, the second blew my furnace board then tried to bill me for it.  At this point I had to cancel an event that was going to be held at my house.  He then passed the case to another guy.  When he called me he had no clue as to what was going on.  After a week more of the shenanigans this guy schedules me to have the board replaced.  The day of the replacement a completely different guy shows up to do the job.  I still don't have a/c!!  The only good out come and only reason it has 1 star is because the owner took the time to listen and replace the board for free.

We called out H Jack's in June after our 100 year old boiler started causing us problems. The first company we called out before calling H Jack's had no idea how to work on a boiler that was so old, spent 2 hours replacing parts that were not needed and who's main concern was the money! Thankfully I had a pamphlet from H Jack's! They sent someone out right away (Jeremy) who found the problem within 10 minutes! We couldn't be happier with the work H Jack's did for us, so much so that after they finished the boiler we had them back to fix our AC unit! These guys (Jeremy, Tim, Barry and Jon) were like old friends coming to visit by the time they were done! H Jack's will be the only company we call if need be in the future!! Call H Jack's if you want it done right the first time! You won't be sorry!!!

I've had H-Jacks several times and despite people telling me they are too expensive I found their prices are equal or lower to anyone else around. They replaced a sink for me and saved me from buying a whole new vanity. I had trouble with the hot water heater about a year ago and they came out and replaced a bad electronic box. I just called them tonight at 6:30pm Sunday night and they're coming out tomorrow morning to check this water heater again. Great service and they come out fast!!
