Great! Very large and many different selections. With a big store you can expect a little mess here and there. One of the cashiers were kind of rude but most staff were helpful.

Hi. I want to tell you my experience about my last visit to your premises. On May 19th, 2017, I went to return a blouse I had bought the previous day at the H & M store. And had the worst experience of my life. Because the girl who attended me was the most rude. Without seeing the receipt told me that I could not return the blouse there because I had bought it online. But in reality I had bought that blouse in that store a day before. I asked her to speak with her superior and she told me that she was the manager. And preach her by name and first refused to tell me her name. The name of this employee is Ashley works at the H & M Store in the Alderwood Mall of Lynwood Washington. I think that to be the manager is very rude.  I really like the store. But the service very bad
