This H&M is a disappointment! I went to get a sweater and they had one on a FULL display (the only display for those sweaters) and they had all the colors and sizes all layed out with a huge sign saying “SWEATERS $9.99”. I get to the cash register and was welcomed by a friendly cashier who was helpful with getting down to the fact that the whole display was a lie, the sweaters were regular price. I was not apologized to but instead told they had a shipment coming in tomorrow of a complete different sweater! I took pictures with two other sales floor representatives ther and one disrespectfully not only treated me like a fool but “accidentally” kicked me and replied “sorry for kicking you” in a very sarcastic tone. I don’t see how setting up a whole new display of sweaters is easier than taking down the sign.

It’s a big store for the valley mall. But, only a few sizes per each kind of merchandise. I like the idea if you text your email to this number in the dressing room your first visit you get 20% off of one item.
